Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Landscape Design. By creating an account or generating concepts, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. Account sharing is not permitted. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

Credits & Billing

Generations consume credits. Paid plans and add-on credit packs are billed through Stripe. Credits are non-transferable and expire if unused where indicated in the app.

Acceptable Use

You may not upload content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes on another person’s rights. Do not attempt to reidentify or impersonate individuals without consent. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Ownership

You retain ownership of uploaded site photos, drawings, and generated results. By using AI Landscape Design you grant us a limited license to process your uploads for the sole purpose of delivering the requested generations and maintaining the service.

Service Changes

We may update or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect paid plans.

Limitation of Liability

AI Landscape Design is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
